TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Commission Process:• To request a commission, please fill out the commission form provided on my website.
• I will provide you with a quote based on the details you provide in the form.
• Once the quote is accepted, I will begin working on your commission.
• Regular updates on the progress of the artwork will be provided.2. Payment:• All payments will be made through PayPal.
• A deposit of 50% of the total commission cost is required before work begins.
• The remaining balance must be paid once the final sketch is approved.
• Paypal fees must be covered by client.3. Pricing and Refunds:• Prices are subject to change and will be discussed and agreed upon before the commission process begins.
• In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for cancellations made after work has begun but before the final artwork is delivered. The refund amount will be determined based on the progress of the artwork.4. Artwork Usage and Rights:• You, the client, retain personal and non-commercial usage rights to the commissioned artwork.
• I, the artist, retain the copyright to the artwork, including the right to reproduce and display it in my portfolio, social media, and for promotional purposes.
• Commercial usage rights can be negotiated separately and may involve additional fees.5. Commercial Use:• If you intend to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., marketing, merchandise), please notify me in advance.
• Commercial usage fees will be determined based on the scope and nature of the usage and will be agreed upon in writing.6. Art Usage for Portfolio and Social Media:• I reserve the right to showcase the commissioned artwork in my portfolio, website, and social media channels.
• If you have concerns about privacy or sensitive content, please let me know.7. Revisions:• A reasonable number of minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small details) are included in the commission price.
• Major revisions that deviate significantly from the initial concept may incur additional charges.8. Delivery:• The final artwork will be delivered in digital format (JPEG, PNG, or other formats as agreed upon).9. Communication:• Timely and clear communication is essential throughout the commission process.
• I will respond to inquiries and updates within a reasonable timeframe.10. Privacy:• Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of completing your commission.11. Artificial Intelligence:• You acknowledge and agree that any artwork created or obtained through my platform is subject to restrictions regarding its usage in AI training models and AI-related technologies.
• You are strictly prohibited from using any artwork obtained from my platform for training AI models, machine learning, or any other related activities.By commissioning artwork from I, artnisabon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms of service. - I will not proceed to the next step unless I receive feedback from the client in case of any changes/revisions.
- Progress updates would be roughly 1-8 days in between depending on the complexity of the illustration.
